Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A parcel opening video is required for returns involving damaged or incorrect items.
Returns are only accepted after contacting us via our Contact Us page and receiving approval.

Return Shipping Fees
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
Free Returns only apply in the following cases:
Item arrived damaged
Incorrect item received
A parcel opening video must be provided in both cases.
For all other return reasons (e.g. changed mind, didn’t like the product), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: If the returned product is not in its original condition, or no parcel opening video is provided for damage/incorrect claims, we reserve the right to reject the refund.
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Items marked as Final Sale
Personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)
Customized or made-to-order items
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is processed and shipped, and cannot be cancelled.
